All of our production is handcrafted in Brazil. Our brand story was born with our passion for leather shoes and boots. We work directly with our production team to ensure quality, comfort and beautiful designs.

Brunello's Western Boots operates with an online store and a physical store in Webster, MA. All online orders ship from our store in Massachusetts.

How long for me to receive my package?
Our team processes orders 24-48 hours from when the order is placed. Our ground shipment is free and expected delivery is 3-6 days. We also offer expedited shipping with delivery in 1-3 business days with a low cost.
How Much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all our orders(delivery in 3-6 days). At checkout you will be given an option for expedited shipment(delivery in 1-3 days) and handling time within 24 hours for a low fee.
What if my shoe does not fit or I do not like it?
At Brunello’s our goal is to make sure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer free exchanges and returns. We are are available to assist you by email, chat, or over the phone. All of our returns are hassle free. We do ask you to please make to return the product in a new state(unworn and no scratches on the sole).
What size should I order?
We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in dress shoes or boots. If you are in between sizes we recommend you ordering one size down. We have a size guide in the product page that can help you if needed.
