Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

At Taben Western our goal is to make sure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer free exchanges and returns in the Continental US. Our return rate is very low due to our quality products but understand there are cases where a return/exchange might be necessary due to sizing. We are are available to assist you by email, chat, or over the phone. All of our returns are hassle free. We do ask you to please make to return the product in a new state(unworn and no scratches on the sole). All returns will be accepted within 30 days and in unworn condition. Any request after 30 days will be denied.

If the product is returned and the soles are dirty/worn unfortunately we cannot issue a full refund.  A fee of 20% will be processed on worn boots. We cannot resell boots that have been worn.

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns to Hawaii and to Alaska. The return cost is just too high for us. We do offer free shipping but in case of returns the buyer is responsible.

Return Process

Please contact and on the subject line write your order number/ Return or Exchange.

On the email please state briefly the reason for return( defect, exchange, return). For exchanges please let us know if you would like the same style or a new one along with the size required.

One we receive your email we will send a Prepaid shipping label for you to send us back and follow your instructions to complete the return or exchange.

Please feel free to exchange as many times needed until we find your size. We are committed to making sure you are happy with our product.
