Return Policy

We strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases on Taben Western. Our mission is to provide quality products and the best brands in the market. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or return your products within 30 days of purchase.

We ask that you check and decide if you are completely satisfied with your product before removing tags and using them. In the case of a manufacture’s defect we will gladly exchange/return your items without any hassle. If the item is in perfect condition but you would like to swap it out please note that you’ll be responsible for the shipping and handling fees. Please note that in the case of a return where the item is not defected shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Our team at Taben Western is here to assist you with any questions that you may have regarding our exchange/return policy. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

It is simple and easy to request an exchange or return:

1. Once on scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “return” under “customer service”.

2. You will be prompted to complete a return form that includes product information, reason for return, etc. You’ll then receive an e-mail confirmation that a exchange/return request has been placed.

3. To access and check on your exchange/return login into your account and click on “My Returns” under “My Orders”. If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account you’ll receive exchange/return information through the e-mail provided on the order form.

Exchanges/returns Conditions: We ask that items be in the original packaging and with the appropriate tags in order to be processed promptly and efficiently.

Exchanges/Returns for promotional items: Taben Western offers continuous sales and if a product is acquired on sale then the amount refunded will be based on the sale price. We ask that you keep your sales receipt to ensure prompt returns.
